Creditor Debtor Rights Section Membership

The Creditor-Debtor Section offers its members numerous opportunities to stay current on relevant legal issues, influence legislation, and participate in pro bono activities.

The Section publishes a newsletter, digest and a directory and sponsors several Continuing Legal Education programs and meetings each year.
