Labor and Employment Law Section Membership

Membership Criteria - In accordance with their bylaws, and with the exception of inactive attorneys and law students , Labor and Employment Law Section members must be active members of the WSBA.

The purpose of the Labor and Employment Law Section is to seek the participation of all interested members of the Bar, including plaintiff's and defense counsel from both the public and private sectors and of state and local bar associations, to benefit such members, our clients and the general public. The activities of this section will provide an excellent forum for members to exchange ideas and to get to know each other.
