The Litigation Section is involved in a wide range of activities of interest to those who litigate matters in the Superior or Federal Courts; this includes review and formal input regarding virtually all legislation and rule making impacting legislation. The Section newsletter keeps the members updated on current developments in the field.The Section sponsors an annual midyear meeting, various seminars, skills training, an annual meeting with the Supreme Court and the production of the Washington Civil Procedure Deskbook (1992) and Civil Trial and Evidence Manual (Rev. 1994).
