Among other goals, the purpose of the Solo and Small Practice Section is to: develop and promote programs and resources that meet the business and educational needs of solo and small practice attorneys • assist solo and small practice attorneys in utilizing the best techniques • methods and procedures for carrying on the practice of law and the provision of legal services • provide a forum for exchanging ideas in areas of law practice such as expert systems, marketing, law office accounting, client services, and quality management programs. The Section meets these goals by sponsoring full day CLEs, co-hosting the Northwest Law Office Management Institute and EXPO (LOMI), and maintaining a member website providing a variety of useful resources.
