Moni joined the Washington State Bar Association in Seattle in October, 2007. She is a seasoned litigator who handled public interest law, employment and personal injury litigation since 1987. She began her career with a prominent legal services program, Evergreen Legal Services (now Columbia Legal services) where she remained for eight years. She then worked with Blaine Tamaki & Associates, Inc., P.S. in Yakima for almost five years until she moved to Seattle. Ms. Law was hired as an associate at the law firm of Levinson, Friedman, Vhugen, Duggan & Bland in Seattle. Her practice at Levinson focused on the representation of persons injured by sexual harassment, discrimination, personal injury, product liability, and medical negligence. Following Levinson and prior to joining WSBA, Ms. Law ran her own practice for almost four years.

Moni received her bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California at Berkeley, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco. Ms. Law has been featured as a "Rising Star" in Washington Law and Politics Magazine. She currently works as the Bar Leaders Program Manager of the Member and Community Relations Department of the Washington State Bar Association. As Bar Leaders Manager she oversees the WSBA Sections, Young Lawyers Division, and the Washington State Bar Association Leadership Institute.
