David Ridenour
Attorney at Law, Vancouver, WA
David Ridenour graduated from Willamette University and took a job practicing law in Anchorage, Alaska. When he discovered that it was cold and dark up there, he moved down to Washington where he started a construction company. That seemed like really hard work, so he tried his hand at construction loan underwriting and hard-money mortgage lending before ending up right back where he started – practicing law again. Along the way, he also worked in real estate sales and played guitar in a rock band. His hobby is spending time in his home recording studio. He also enjoys golf and boating, though he has absolutely no talent for either. David opened a solo practice in Vancouver in 2002, focusing on real estate and business litigation. He teaches landlord-tenant law through the Evergreen Community Education Program, and authored the Clark County Law Library’s “Self-Help Evictions for Landlords.” David is currently Vice-President of the Clark County Bar Association.
